I take a lot of supplements but have come to discover I have a very sensitive prostate gland.. I would like to find out what I can take that won't enlarge or aggravate, an enlarged prostate

actually what you want to do is take "saw palmetto" -
you can find it in the vitamin/supplement section at Walmart -
two caps a day can help reduce the inflamation and bring it back to normal
