The Fathers Day 5 is 5km’s of Fun — Walk, Jog or Run! Enjoy the ‘really fun run’, and support the prostate cancer foundation of Australia in their plight to find a cure for the disease that is killing 2,700 Australian men each year. This year the Fathers Day 5 will be held in Sydney, AND Melbourne!

The Fathers Day 5 for prostate cancer research is a 5km experience that passes through sports-famed venues including Telstra Stadium in Sydney Olympic Park and Albert Park in Melbourne. Entertainers bring the course to life including drummers, larger than life stilt characters and circus performers. Following the 5km fiesta there’s more fun to be had at the finish line festival.

Money raised will be used to fund research programs dedicated to find a cure for prostate cancer. The event also helps to build a stronger awareness of men’s health issues within the community.
